German Listed Bonds plc: Noteholder Conference Call

In relation to EUR 150,000,000 Secured Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") - Series 2018-GLB1 (ISIN XS1856028342), Series 2018-GLB2 (ISIN XS1856028425) and Series 2018-GLB3 (ISIN XS1921996382) issued by German Listed Bonds (the "Issuer")

Noteholder Conference Call

As mentioned in the Issuer's announcement of 25 February 2020, the meeting with CFE Ltd. ("CFE"), the restructuring advisor appointed in respect of German Property Group GmbH ("GPG") was duly held on 3 March 2020 at the offices of CFE in Berlin (the "CFE Meeting").

The Issuer will host a call open to all Noteholders on Monday 9 March 2020 at 10:30 am (UK time) (the "Noteholder Conference Call") to provide an update on the discussions at the CFE Meeting and answer any questions that Noteholders might have.

Any Noteholder that wishes to participate in the Noteholder Conference Call should contact Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited as Trustee (the "Trustee") and should do so using the contact details set out below under "Contacts".

CFE Meeting documents

Noteholders are also advised that the Issuer has published the following CFE Meeting documents on Maples Group Secure File, the online data room set up to allow verified Noteholders access to documentation relating to the Programme:

1. CFE presentation titled "Internal vs. External Solutions";
2. CFE presentation titled "IDW S6 expert opinion (between business reason and legal requirements for safeguarding the future of companies in crisis)";
3. CFE Company Presentation; and
4. CFE presentation titled "Real Estate Rating: Overview and Services".

As mentioned in the Trustee Notice dated 26 February 2020, Noteholders are informed that to be granted access to the data room, a Noteholder will be required to consent to the sharing of his/her email address with the Issuer. If a Noteholder would like to be granted such access, it should contact the Trustee.
