Noteholder Conference Call

As mentioned in the Issuer announcement of 27 January 2020, the Issuer is hosting a call open to all Noteholders (being the holders of the Series 1 Notes, the Series 2 Notes and the Series 3 Notes, each a "Series of Notes") to provide a further update to such Noteholders and answer any questions they may have (the "Noteholder Conference Call").

The Noteholder Conference Call shall take place on Monday 3 February 2020 at 2.30 pm (UK time). The necessary dial-in details shall be provided to Noteholders on record by Wilmington Trust SP Services (London) Limited (the "Trustee"). We ask the Noteholders to please contact the Trustee via email to transactionteam@wilmingtontrust.com or otherwise through the contact details set out in a separate notice to the holders of each Series of Notes referring to the Noteholder Conference Call which has been sent today by the Trustee through the clearing systems to provide evidence of their holding.
