10. Other useful information
On the basis of the amended administrative practice of BaFin in relation to the judgement of the Federal Court of Justice of 25 September 2018 (II ZR 190/17), the existing pool agreements between Basler Beteiligungsholding GmbH, SIGNAL IDUNA Lebensversicherung a. G. and Generali Lebensversicherung (Pool Agreement 2000) and between the core shareholders of the SIGNAL IDUNA Group and the Basler Group (Pool Agreement 2010) are deemed acting in concert in accordance with section 34(2) WpHG. As a result of Generali CEE Holding B. V. joining Pool Agreement 2000 as at the above date (cf. parallel notification by Assicurazioni Generali SpA), the voting rights of the existing pool members and of SIGNAL IDUNA Krankenversicherung a. G. and SIGNAL IDUNA Unfallversicherung, which form a group of equal subsidiaries with SIGNAL IDUNA Lebensversicherung a. G., are attributed to one another.
