About B-A-L Germany AG: The company's objective is to build a high-performance property portfolio in Saxony, primarily focusing on individual units or smaller buildings and distress sales. Properties are selected based on an automated evaluation and coordination procedure. Objective characteristics such as location, purchase price, property condition, size, energy consumption and rental status are evaluated and compared against the overall portfolio using a scoring scheme. The portfolio is to be diversified by location, property type and size, and will comprise residential properties exclusively. No new construction or comprehensive refurbishment measures are planned.
