Peach Property Group AG: Management realignment following a successful transformation

• Michael Zahn will assume additional responsibilities as Executive President of the Board of Directors
• Rita Sprenger will become Chief Financial Officer

Peach Property Group AG («Peach Property Group»), a real estate investor focused on residential real estate in Germany, announces changes to its management. Gerald Klinck, who has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Peach Property Group since 2024, will step down from the Group's Executive Board at the end of October following the successful completion of the comprehensive portfolio and balance sheet transformation, and will leave the company on December 31, 2026, at his own request and by mutual agreement. However, he is expected to continue advising the company beyond his departure on the further reduction of the non-strategic portfolio.

Michael Zahn, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Peach Property Group since 2024, will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors in accordance with the company's bylaws.

Rita Sprenger, previously the company's Head of Finance, will become the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Executive Board effective 1 November 2026. Rita Sprenger has been with the company since 2021 and has extensive experience in equity and debt transactions, portfolio valuations, and investor relations. She has also played a key role in the company's financial transformation over the past 24 months. In her new role, she will assume operational management responsibilities alongside Chief Operating Officer (COO) Stefanie Koch and Dr. Holger Franz, Group General Counsel and Chief Authorized Representative of the German subsidiaries.

Under his leadership, the company refinanced financial liabilities totaling around EUR 1 billion, and around 8,000 residential units were sold from the non-strategic portfolio in a series of transactions. In addition, the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio was reduced from over 50% to approximately 45%. The Board of Directors extends its sincere thanks to him for his successful work at Peach Property Group.
