Ludwigsfelde, May 29, 2026 - Planethic Group AG (formerly Veganz Group AG) ("Company" or "Planethic") (ISIN: DE000A3E5ED2 / symbol: VEZ) will republish the invitation to the second bondholders' meeting relating to its outstanding EUR 10,000,000 7.5% notes 2020/2030 (ISIN: DE000A254NF5) due to a technical formal error.

The second bondholders' meeting is now scheduled to take place in Berlin on June 30, 2026. The subject matter of the bondholders' meeting remains the proposed amendments to the terms and conditions of the notes.

The publication of the Company's annual report is also scheduled for June 30, 2026.
