The insolvency administrator for the assets of Medigene AG, attorney Axel W. Bierbach, announces that he has filed a motion to revoke the admission of Medigene AG shares to trading on the regulated market (ISIN: DE000A40ESG2) pursuant to Section 39(2)(4) of the German Stock Exchange Act (BörsG).

Proper trading of the company's securities on the stock exchange can no longer be guaranteed in the long term. Medigene AG's operational business activities were already completely suspended shortly after the proceedings were opened. The company no longer has any operational business activities and is currently in liquidation. Against this background, the application for revocation of the stock exchange listing was filed to protect market participants and to ensure proper trading on the stock exchange.
