Südzucker AG: Südzucker expects a significant increase in earnings in the first quarter of the current financial year 2026/27

Südzucker AG expects a significant increase in group EBITDA for the first quarter (1 March to 31 May 2026) of the financial year 2026/27 compared with the prior-year (Q1 2025/26: EUR 96 million).

In addition, Südzucker confirms the initial forecast for the current financial year 2026/27 (1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027), as published on 16 December 2025, and expects a slight decline in group revenues compared with the financial year 2025/26 (EUR 8.4 billion). Group EBITDA is expected to range between EUR 480 and 680 million.

With respect to the forecast for the financial year 2026/27, it is important to note that the future business performance of the Südzucker Group continues to be subject to significant uncertainties due to ongoing geopolitical and global economic developments.

The annual report, including a detailed forecast for the financial year 2026/27, will be published on 21 May 2026.
