In the period from April 20, 2026 until and including April 26, 2026, a total of 735,071 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On March 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for March 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
