SINGULUS Technologies Announces: Triumph Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., China, Is Offering Its Shareholding for Sale in Accordance With Chinese Capital Market Procedures

Triumph Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., China, ("Triumph"), the largest shareholder of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, informed the company today that it intends to sell the approximately 1.5 million shares (approximately 16.75%) it holds in a block to an investor. As the largest shareholder and a major provider of debt capital, Triumph has been one of the company's most important customers and a key strategic investor in recent years. Since Triumph is a Chinese state-owned enterprise, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES is required by Chinese regulations to disclose the shareholder's intention to sell.
