The Supervisory Board of DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft resolved to extend the appointments of the members of the Management Board.
The appointment of Mr. Attila Dogudan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has been extended until 31 July 2029. The appointments of Mr. Johannes Echeverria as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Ms. Bettina Höfinger as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) have each been extended until 31 August 2029. The appointment of Mr. Attila Dogudan Jr. as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) has been extended until 10 June 2030.
The Management Board of DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft therefore continues to consist of Attila Dogudan (CEO), Johannes Echeverria (CFO), Bettina Höfinger (CLO), and Attila Dogudan Jr. (CCO).
