Zumtobel Group AG: Supervisory Board appoints Dr Heiner Lang as new CEO

The Supervisory Board of Zumtobel Group AG today appointed Dr Heiner Lang as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Zumtobel Group AG. He will join the Management Board as an additional member effective 1 September 2026 and will succeed Dr Alfred Felder as Chairman of the Management Board effective 1 October 2026.

Alfred Felder will gradually hand over his responsibilities to Heiner Lang by the end of 2026. He will subsequently continue to support the company in an advisory capacity to ensure continuity.

Heiner Lang holds a doctorate in engineering and has many years of experience in specialist and management roles with international industrial companies. Most recently, from January 2021, he was responsible for the operating business as Managing Director and CEO of WAGO; prior to that, he was a member of the Management Board of Bosch Rexroth AG. With his appointment, the Zumtobel Group is set to benefit from this experience as it continues to advance its growth strategy.
