Storage Networking World - EuroStorage to be held 3-6 June, 2003 in Cannes

Cannes (pts029/23.04.2003/13:10) IDG's Computerworld and the Storage Networking Industry Association Europe (SNIA-E) today announced that widely respected television anchor, producer and journalist Christine Ockrent will present a visionary address at the Storage Networking World-EuroStorage (SNW-E) conference to be held 3-6 June, 2003 at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes, France. Additionally, Benetton CTO Peter Caiazzi will provide an end-user perspective for delegates. This event will be the third in an annual and successful series of SNW-E conferences starting in Seville, Spain, in September of 2001 and continuing with Cannes, France, in May of 2002.

Ockrent is producer and anchor of the weekly current affairs program France Europe Express on France 3 Television. She is also president of the advisory board of METRO International France, and a columnist for various European newspapers. She began her career in broadcast journalism at NBC News and worked for eight years at CBS' 60 Minutes. She has been awarded many international distinctions for her work in TV journalism.
