SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES to Publish Audited 2025 Annual Financial Statements and Q1 2026 Results on May 12, 2026

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG will publish its audited annual financial statements for fiscal year 2025 on May 12, 2026. On the same day, the company will also release its financial figures for the first quarter of 2026.

The publication of the annual financial statements follows the successful completion of significant agreements at the end of March 2026. Markus Ehret, member of the Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, commented: "These agreements mark an important step in executing our strategy. In addition to establishing a long-term partnership, we were also able to complete the refinancing of the company."
