SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES concludes agreements with a leading global technology company regarding a long-term partnership, encompassing the refinancing of the existing debt financing

Kahl am Main, March, 23, 2026 – SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES announces the conclusion of agreements in its Solar segment for long-term cooperation with a leading global technology company. SINGULUS expects the cooperation to contribute materially to its revenues over the next years. Sales forecasts will be updated accordingly in the coming months as soon as the order volume is finalized.

In this context, it is intended that SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will replace the company's existing financing structure, including the corporate bond. To this end, a new five-year financing agreement has been contractually agreed with the technology company. SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will take the necessary steps to repay the corporate bond and other financing in the near future and will provide information on this as required by law or contract.
