SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG announces that A1681X GmbH & CoKG, Munich ("A1681X"), has reported that it has acquired approximately 1.5 million shares (approx. 16.75%) held by Triumph Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., China ("Triumph"). According to the information provided, the relevant agreement has been signed by both parties and is now subject to approval by the relevant government authorities in China. According to the information provided, Mr. Roland Lacher, the former co-founder and long-time Chairman of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, is the principal shareholder of A1681X.

The company will publish a corresponding voting rights notification today.
