SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Announces Change on the Executive Board

SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES has achieved a number of significant milestones in recent months. The company has made very positive progress operationally, financially, and strategically. With the conditions now in place, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES will take the next step in its strategic direction and strive for new business successes.

Mr. Markus Ehret has led the company as a member of the Executive Board for over 16 years and has contributed significantly to its current successes. Following the successful completion of the transformation, the refinancing, and the change in the shareholder structure, Mr. Ehret and the Supervisory Board now see this as an opportune time to usher in the next phase of the company's development in the coming years through a leadership transition. The company is now in a position to initiate a generational transition on the Executive Board, and Mr. Ehret wishes to focus on new entrepreneurial endeavors. Against this backdrop, the Supervisory Board has decided, in full agreement with Mr. Ehret, to terminate his employment contract and his appointment to the Executive Board at the end of the year.

Mr. Ehret will remain available to the company during the transition period to ensure a smooth handover of his responsibilities to a suitable successor.
