The shareholder structure of MDF Property Performance AG (ISIN: DE000A382822; WKN: A38282) has undergone a significant change.
As part of a transaction, M2 Terra GmbH has acquired the entire stake from the previous controlling shareholder.
Consequently, M2 Terra GmbH is now the new beneficial owner and will exercise decisive control over the company going forward.

In connection with this change, the company's Supervisory Board has been partially reconstituted.

In addition, Mr. Friedrich Obholzer, member of the board, has resigned from his position effective March 17, 2026.

Furthermore, a change of name was approved.
The company will operate under the name Property Performance AG in the future.
