The Share Buy-Back Programme Employee Shares 2024 was successfully completed on 29 November 2024. In accordance with the announcement of 11 November 2024, a total of 1,352,000 ordinary shares were acquired between 12 November 2024 and 29 November 2024. The total purchase price paid for these shares (excluding ancillary costs) is € 91,672,084.57. The corresponding average purchase price for the shares purchased in the Share Buy-Back Programme Employee Shares 2024 was € 67.80 per ordinary share.
