Idstein, May 29, 2026. The shareholders of Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) approved all agenda items with a large majority of more than 82.37 percent at yesterday's Annual General Meeting, which took place in a virtual format. At the Annual General Meeting, 80.04 percent of the share capital voted, including postal votes. Among other resolutions, Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann and Christoph Debus were re-elected to the Administrative Board of Serviceware SE.
