THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF NOTEHOLDERS. THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT IS OF INTEREST TO THE REGISTERED AND BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF THE NOTES. This announcement is supplementary to the announcement issued by the Issuer on 16 March 2026 (the "Announcement") and terms and expressions defined (whether directly or by reference) in the Announcement shall have the same meaning in this announcement.

Occurrence of the Effective Date

In the Announcement, we noted that the terms and conditions of the Notes, as amended and restated by the Deed of Amendment, would become effective on the Effective Date.

We hereby notify the Noteholders that the Effective Date has occurred on 7 May 2026.
