DEVARIS SE: Results of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Frankfurt am Main, July 27, 2026: DEVARIS SE (ISIN: DE000A41EC29) announces that the company's management was reorganized at today's Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The shareholders elected Rolf Elgeti, Dr. Marcus Kiefer, and Sonja Petersen as new members of the company's Administrative Board. Subsequently, at the first meeting of the Administrative Board, Rolf Elgeti was elected Chairman and Dr. Marcus Kiefer was elected Vice Chairman. The Board of Directors also appointed Sonja Petersen as the new Managing Director of DEVARIS SE. As part of the strategic realignment, the company's registered office was relocated to Hamburg and the company was renamed RC Industrie Immobilien SE.
The members of the previous Administrative Board and the former Managing Director of DEVARIS SE stepped down from their positions at the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting.
