• Management and Supervisory Board released from liability for the 2025/26 financial year
• Mandate of Supervisory Board Chairwoman Karin Zumtobel-Chammah extended
• Eva-Maria Berchtold newly elected to the Supervisory Board

The 50th General Meeting of Zumtobel Group AG was held as an in-person event at the Light Forum, Höchsterstrasse 8, in Dornbirn today. After the Management Board had presented the annual financial statements and the management report of Zumtobel Group AG for the 2025/26 financial year as well as other reports, the General Meeting approved all proposals.

The members of the Management Board and Supervisory Board were released from liability for their activities in the 2025/26 financial year. PwC Wirtschaftsprüfung GmbH, Vienna, was elected to audit the consolidated and separate financial statements as well as the consolidated sustainability report for the 2026/27 financial year.

The previous Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Karin Zumtobel-Chammah, was re-elected to the Supervisory Board. Her term continues until the Annual Shareholders' Meeting that will approve the financial statements for the 2028/29 financial year. At the subsequent organisational meeting, she was re-elected as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board. As of the conclusion of this year's Annual General Meeting, Eva Kienle resigned from the Supervisory Board. Eva-Maria Berchtold was newly elected to the Supervisory Board. Going forward, she will bring her extensive expertise – gained over more than 30 years in leadership roles at Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mbH (EY) – to her role as a member of the Supervisory Board. Her term also runs until the Annual Shareholders' meeting that will approve the financial statements for the 2028/29 financial year.
