Frequentis AG: Resolutions of the FREQUENTIS General Meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting resolved that the dividend for the 2025 financial year should be EUR 0.30 (30 cents) per share entitled to dividends; payment will be made from 29 June 2026.

Under item 8 of the agenda, Ms Sylvia Bardach was re-elected as a member of the Supervisory Board until the end of the Annual General Meeting that will consider the financial year 2030.

Under item 9 of the agenda, the Executive Board's remuneration policy was approved.

Furthermore, under item 11 of the agenda, the authorisation of the Executive Board to acquire own shares was approved (see also the separate publications at www.frequentis.com > Investor Relations > Annual General Meeting > Annual General Meeting 2026).

The remaining proposed resolutions were also approved by a majority of the Annual General Meeting.
