Alta Group d.o.o. (as named in "4. Names of shareholders") is the same company that previously submitted notifications of this type regarding the issuer under the corporate name "Alta Pay Group d.o.o." The corporate name of Alta Pay Group d.o.o. was changed on 9 April 2025, to Alta Group d.o.o.
This notification is made for the sake of clarification. The number of shares and financial instruments in Addiko Bank AG held by Alta Group d.o.o. has not changed compared to the notifications previously published by the issuer on 23 July 2024 and 3 July 2025.
As previously described in the announcements published by the issuer on 2 April 2024 (referring to dates of 27 March 2024, 28 March 2024, and 29 March 2024), the four share purchase agreements reported as financial instruments are subject to certain conditions precedent. These conditions have not yet been met. The expiration date of 30 June 2026, for the share purchase agreements - as stated in the announcement published by the issuer on 3 July 2025 - is no longer applicable and has been extended to 30 June 2027.
