7C Solarparken AG: Q1'26 Result beats interim forecast

Bayreuth (pta007/02.06.2026/08:00 UTC+2)

7C Solarparken (WKN: A11QW6, ISIN: DE000A11QW68) announces its Q1'26 results which were better than the interim forecast. Electricity production rose by 2% to 67 GWh, equivalent to 138 kWh/kWp (Q1'25: 149 kWh/kWp), as a series of new parks lifted weighted average capacity by 10% to 489 MWp while specific yield eased off from an exceptionally strong Q1'25 base. Despite a sunny first quarter in which production beat the budgeted 63 GWh by some 6%, the average capture price declined to EUR 149/MWh (Q1'25: EUR 158/MWh), held back by ReDispatch measures affecting a growing number of high-FIT parks. The associated grid-operator compensation is not lost but recognized with a delay under other operating income.

Revenues eased by 3% to EUR 10.3 Mio, while EBITDA reached EUR 7.7 Mio (Q1'25: EUR 8.3 Mio), comfortably ahead of the EUR 5.9 Mio interim forecast but below the strong prior-year quarter, which had e.g. benefited from the gain on an asset disposal. Net debt stood at EUR 99.1 Mio on 31 March 2026 (31 December 2025: EUR 96.3 Mio) due to the usual seasonal changes in working capital, with the equity ratio firm at 44.4%. The outlook for the full year remains unchanged: revenues of EUR 66.5 Mio, EBITDA of EUR 50.0 Mio and CFPS of EUR 0.50.

Steven De Proost, CEO of 7C Solarparken, comments: "Q1'26 has been a normal quarter, business as usual. Nevertheless, we were able to connect the solar asset "Reuden Süd" to the grid, which represents the main operational milestone of the period. Furthermore, we made substantial progress on the development of our battery pipeline, with three sites — Heilgersdorf, Bitterfeld and Dessau — having moved to full permitting status. The new AgNes regulation improves the economics insofar as the projects have a commissioning prior to 2029 and a final investment decision before early 2027."

Management's focus for the rest of the year has shifted towards accelerating the roll-out of the secured BESS pipeline.
