Delisting of the Certificates:

The Company informs the holders of the Certificates (the Certificateholders) that the Company applied for the delisting of all Certificates due to certain constraints and following the advice of the compartment advisor.

The Certificates are at date listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Open Market).

New Listing of the Certificates:

Furthermore, the Company informs the Certificateholders that the Company will apply for a listing of the Certificates on the Munich Stock Exchange.
