Marburg (pta032/14.08.2017/17:15 UTC+2) Marburg, August 14, 2017 - 3U HOLDING AG (ISIN DE0005167902) announces that it has entered into negotiations with regard to its Windpark Schlenzer; a wind farm project consisting of two wind turbines each with a nominal output of 2.75 MW.
The negotiations are still at a stage where there is no certainty as to whether and under what conditions a contract will be concluded.
