S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: Notice pursuant to Article 93 Para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Vienna (pta033/30.11.2011/17:10 UTC+1) S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG hereby gives notice that, pursuant to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on November 25, 2011 and effective with November 24, 2011 the nominal capital of S&T AG has raised from EUR 7.170.034 million of EUR 16 million to EUR 23.170.034 million based on the issuing of 8 million registered shares. All 8 million new shares will form the nominal capital of 11.585.017 common stocks together with the old bearer shares (3.585.017 shares).

A stock exchange listing of the registered shares has not been requested.
