S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG: No new financial investor

Vienna (pta024/19.10.2010/12:00 UTC+2) S&T issued ad hoc notifications on 20 and 22 September 2010 respectively in which it announced the possibility that grosso holding Gesellschaft mbH might become a new investor in S&T by means of a capital increase. This was subject to various conditions which had to be fulfilled by 25 October 2010. Due to the non-fulfilment of a number of conditions precedent, grosso holding Gesellschaft mbH will not become an investor in S&T. Refinancing talks between S&T and the banks will continue.
