Initial Trading completed - shares can be traded freely now

Schaffhausen (pta006/13.07.2015/07:00 UTC+2) The shares of ML Trading AG are listed on Euronext Paris (https://euronext.com/) in the Marché Libre since July 10th 2015. The Initial Trading was completed successfully on July 9, 2015. Therefore the shares of ML Trading AG can be traded freely now on Euronext.

Euronext is the pan-European financing centre and plays a key role at the heart of Europe's capital and financial markets. Euronext operates regulated markets in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Portugal and the UK. Shares listed on Euronext can be traded on all stock exchanges operated by it.

ML Trading AG is a holding company, which aims international investments in other companies, especially in the field of mining as well as in exploration, development, production, refining, transportation and marketing of crude oil and its derivatives, as well as in this connection the projecting and configuration of associated technical plants. The company has a share capital of 40 million bearer shares a CHF 5.00 nominal value, which is a share capital of CHF 200 million nominal value. All the shares are fully paid-up.

The most important asset of the company is the 100% interest in ML Trading Mining LLC., headquartered in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, which in turn holds 100% in the Mongolian company Moruchi LLC, which holds an exploration license ,,MV-015646" (Sharyn Gol ,,Shaazgait"), which allows the exclusive and immediate exploration of the gold mine "Shaazgait" until July 15, 2040. The mine's area covers 500.55 hectares. This license grants gold and silver mining rights in a mining area near Sharyin Gol (Darkhan-Ul-province) that is 220 km north of the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. Various test drillings in the past indicate the presence of exploitable gold-bearing ores. The company intends to exploit these ores. The company will keep focused on investments in the mining sector and is going to acquire more mining licenses in Mongolia in the future.
