Frequentis AG: Michael Holzbauer becomes the first Austrian to be elected as the President of EUROCAE

EUROCAE has elected Michael Holzbauer as its 20th President during the EUROCAE Symposium and General Assembly 2026 in Dublin.
Michael becomes the first Austrian President in EUROCAE history since its founding in 1963.
As Director European Affairs ATM at Frequentis, he also leads key Air Traffic Management programmes, including initiatives under SESAR (Single European Sky Aviation Research programme) and innovation activities with AIRLabs GmbH. He has served on the EUROCAE Council since 2015 and most recently held the role of Vice President.
Michael succeeds Guillaume Roger, who completed a three-year mandate as President.
