S IMMO AG: Management and Supervisory Board propose to the AGM not to distribute a dividend for 2022

The Supervisory and Management Board of S IMMO today decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 02 May 2023 not to distribute a dividend for the 2022 financial year, and to carry forward the retained earnings to new account. This takes the current uncertain economic environment into consideration and further strengthens S IMMO's balance sheet structure in line with a careful and prudent financial policy.
