Kahl am Main, 23 August 2022 - On July 18, 2022, SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) had agreed with a major international bank on an extension of the deadline for the mandatory submission of the audit opinion for the annual financial statements 2020 until the end of August 23, 2022.
Today SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES agreed with the bank to extend this deadline until October 31, 2022.
