Cainaima Capital Lux Sàrl: Information notice about the CANAIMA Fund Lux

INFORMATION NOTICE

CAINAIMA CAPITAL LUX Sàrl in its capacity as legal representative of the securitisation fund CANAIMA Fund Lux (the "Issuer") informs that it has resolved to extend the subscription period of the offer addressed to Italian professional investors and holders of portfolios of bonds issued by entities resident in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The offer invites the aforesaid investors to subscribe for the financial instruments issued by the Issuer in order to facilitate the recovery, in whole or in part, of the credits incorporated in the bonds through judicial proceedings, by contributing the securities portfolio to Canaima Global Opportunities Fund PCC Ltd, Canaima Fund Compartment I.

The offer, promoted in Italy under the regime of exemption from the application of the provisions of law and regulations pursuant to article 101 bis of Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 and in accordance with article 35 bis of Consob Regulation No. 11971 of 14 May 1999 by CANAIMA Fund Lux, as indicated in the information memorandum published on the Issuer's website and on the Italian newspaper "Il Sole 24ORE", instead of the previous deadline for subscription established on 30 June 2022, now provides for a subscription period until 31 December 2022, subject to all the conditions provided for in the same information memorandum.
