HausVorteil AG: HausVorteil Receives Licence Pursuant to Section 34c of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO)

Germany, 27 January 2026 – The Management Board of HausVorteil AG announces that, by notice dated 21 January 2026 and received by the Company on 26 January 2026, the District Office Hamburg-Mitte granted the Company the permit pursuant to Section 34c (1), sentence 1, nos. 1, 2 and 4 of the German Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung – GewO).

With this permit, HausVorteil AG is authorised, in addition to brokering and providing evidence of contracts relating to land, rights equivalent to land, and residential and commercial premises (real estate brokerage), to broker loan agreements nationwide in the non-licence-requiring sector, as well as to carry out activities in residential property management and the management of jointly owned property.

The granting of the permit fulfils all regulatory requirements necessary to implement the Company's existing and planned business activities in the residential real estate and equity-release segments in a comprehensive, legally compliant, and scalable manner. The Management Board considers the approval to be a significant milestone for the Company's further operational development and for the expansion of HausVorteil AG's platform and investment business.
