Hamburg, September 26, 2025 – HausVorteil AG, a specialist in the recapitalization of real estate assets, has joined the Association of Capital Market-Oriented Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (Interessenverband kapitalmarktorientierter kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen e.V.). With its planned stock market listing in October and the upcoming issuance of its own real estate bond, the company is now part of a strong network that gives a voice to SMEs active in the capital markets.

Founded in 2017, the association is committed to improving the framework conditions for small and medium-sized enterprises in capital market financing. It maintains an active dialogue with policymakers, legislators, regulatory authorities, capital market institutions, associations, and the public.

For HausVorteil AG, the Capital Market SME Association provides the ideal platform for building strategic partnerships, strengthening its capital market presence, and gaining early insights into regulatory developments and their practical implications.
