Serviceware SE: European company from the aviation sector relies on AI-native Serviceware Platform for Service Management
Idstein (pta015/01.09.2026/09:00 UTC+2)
Idstein, September 1, 2026. Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has won a leading European company operating in the aviation and critical infrastructure sector as a customer for its AI-native Serviceware Platform. The company will initially use the Serviceware Platform primarily in knowledge management. The contract was concluded with a minimum term of 3 years. The resulting total sales revenues for Serviceware are at least in the seven-figure euro range.
With the AI-native Serviceware Platform, the new customer is laying the foundation for enterprise-wide knowledge management with clear governance structures and a central, reliable knowledge base. The aim is to replace information silos and fragmented knowledge sources that have developed over time and to make knowledge available in a context-sensitive, transparent manner tailored to the needs of specific user groups. Integrated AI supports employees in quickly finding and using relevant information, reduces search and processing times, and contributes to higher service quality. At the same time, the Platform provides the basis for gradually digitizing knowledge management, information and governance processes, as well as additional service and business processes, and consolidating them on a single platform. Going forward, the solution is to be expanded to other business areas and will serve as the foundation for Enterprise Service Management (ESM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and other AI and automation initiatives.
Dirk Martin, CEO of Serviceware: "Serviceware's high level of AI expertise is reflected, not least, in our numerous new customer wins. Our platform strategy lays the foundation for our future growth. The Serviceware Platform enables companies to map all ESM, ITFM, and ITSM processes AI-natively on a shared platform. This provides Serviceware with a compelling unique selling proposition in the market."
