Aeronics Neura System Aktiengesellschaft: Change of Company Name to United Eco Solutions Aktiengesellschaft

The extraordinary general meeting held on 11 March 2026 resolved to amend Article 1(1) of the Articles of Association and thereby to change the company's name from "Aeronics Neura Systems Aktiengesellschaft" to "United Eco Solutions Aktiengesellschaft". The name change is now effective following its entry in the Commercial Register. The company shall henceforth operate under the name "United Eco Solutions Aktiengesellschaft".

The new name marks a further milestone in the company's strategic reorientation. As part of a planned contribution in kind, United Eco Solutions America Inc. is to be incorporated into the company. The aim is to establish a world-leading developer and operator of CO₂ capturing projects.

The projects combine the protection of ecologically valuable forests – in particular by preventing deforestation, such as of rainforests – with the promotion of sustainable agriculture through afforestation measures ("agroforestry"). The CO₂ credits generated thereby fulfil 14 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

With this focus, the listed company is evolving towards an operational business model. In parallel with the corporate integration of United Eco Solutions America Inc., the management and financing structure are being specifically aligned with future requirements.

The implementation of the integration is subject to the approval of the relevant bodies and shareholders, as well as the conclusion of the necessary contracts and approvals.

The technical implementation of the name change in connection with the stock market listing will take place on Tuesday, 28 April 2026.
