Kolibri Beteiligung GmbH: Bondholders approve amendment to the terms and conditions of the 2025/2029 bond by written procedure

Cologne, 29 August 2025 - Kolibri Beteiligung GmbH ("Issuer") announces that the holders of its corporate bond issued on 13 February 2025 (ISIN NO0013461384) ("Bond 2025/2029") have approved the amendments to the bond terms proposed by the Issuer in a notice dated 8 August 2025 by way of a written procedure pursuant to section 15.5 of the Bond Terms ("Written Procedure") with the required majority of at least two thirds (66 2/3). The Written Procedure ended on 29 August 2025 at 13:00 (Oslo time).

The amendments will enter into force through the conclusion of an amendment and adjustment agreement between the Company and the Nordic Trustee.
