bet-at-home.com AG: bet-at-home.com AG revises earnings forecast for the 2026 financial year

The previous forecast of bet-at-home.com AG (hereinafter the "Company") for the 2026 financial year projected consolidated gross betting and gaming revenue (hereinafter "GGR") of between EUR 46,000 thousand and EUR 54,000 thousand and EBITDA before special items* of between EUR 0.00 thousand and EUR 4,000 thousand. Based on the planning assumptions updated today, the Company now expects consolidated EBITDA before special items of between EUR -1,600 thousand and EUR 0.00 thousand for the 2026 financial year. The forecast range for GGR has been narrowed to between EUR 46,000 thousand and EUR 49,000 thousand, with GGR currently expected to amount to EUR 47,000 thousand.
EBITDA before special items is materially affected by expenses of approximately EUR 800 thousand that were not included in the original forecast and relate to measures aimed at medium- and long-term optimization of digital marketing and existing customer management.
The measures were initiated by the management board appointed in April 2026. The Company expects the measures to have a positive impact by the next financial year at the latest.
