Shareholders approve all items on the agenda
Kahl am Main, August 27, 2026 – At today's Annual Shareholders' Meeting of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG in Frankfurt am Main, 33.14% of the registered share capital was represented. The shareholders approved all agenda items with the required majorities, and the Annual General Meeting granted discharge to the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board forthe business year 2025. During the Annual General Meeting, the Executive Board reported on business performance of the fiscal 2025 as well as on developments in the current fiscal 2026.
The Executive Board of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG would like to thank all shareholders for their loyalty to the company and for approving the agenda items at today's Annual General Meeting.
