Montana Aerospace announces resignation of Chief Executive Officer

Montana Aerospace AG (the "Company") and its operating subsidiaries (the "Group" or "Montana Aerospace"), a leading supplier of system components and complex assemblies for the aerospace industry, with worldwide engineering and manufacturing operations, today announces the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Kai Arndt has informed the Board of Directors of his intention to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21st April 2026. The decision was taken by mutual agreement.

Following the successful build-up and transformation of Montana Aerospace, Mr. Arndt will transition from his position as Chief Executive Officer to an advisory role, in particular advising the Chairman. In this capacity, he will continue to support the development of the Montana Aerospace Group and will be involved in key strategic matters, including accompanying the Group's strategic direction through his participation in the Investment Committee.

The responsibilities of the Chief Executive Officer will be assumed on an interim basis by the existing management team.

The Board of Directors expresses its sincere appreciation for Mr. Arndt's leadership and commitment and looks forward to continuing the collaboration with him in his role as Advisor to the Chairman.
