TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG: Adjustment of timetable for its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements in line with developments at Branicks

TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG ("the Company" – WKN 750100 / ISIN DE0007501008) is adjusting the timetable for the publication of its annual and consolidated financial statements for the 2025 financial year in line with recent developments at its subsidiary, Branicks Group AG.

Following Branicks Group AG's announcement today that the auditor requires further audit procedures in relation to the agreed refinancing and restructuring solution, and that the publication date of 27 July 2026 cannot therefore be met, the finalisation process at the Company is consequently also being delayed. The Management Board of Branicks Group AG has emphasised that the ongoing and constructive negotiations are intended to create a solid foundation for the company's future development.

Against this background, the company still intends – in consultation with its auditor – to finalise its audited 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements immediately after the final financial statements of Branicks Group AG have been received and analysed, and to publish them without delay. The company's Management Board is closely monitoring developments at Branicks Group AG and will inform the capital markets of the further timetable in accordance with legal requirements.
