AIX Debt Capital Structure II DAC: ad hoc announcement inside information pursuant to article 17 of regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (MAR)

series 2026-003 asset backed notes due 2042 (ISIN: CH1108682340)

Dublin 2 (pta023/04.11.2026/15:56 UTC+1)

AIX DEBT CAPITAL STRUCTURE II DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY (the "Issuer")

Series 2026-003 Asset Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN: CH1108682340) admitted to trading on the Vienna MTF of Wiener Borse AG (the "Notes") issued under the Issuer's USD 5,000,000,000 Asset Backed Medium Term Note Programme

Date of release: 4th November 2026

This announcement contains inside information and is made by the Issuer pursuant to Article 17 of MAR. It is also given as a notice to holders of the Notes (the "Noteholders") in accordance with Condition 16. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Series Memorandum for the Notes.

1. Winding-up of the Borrower

The Charged Assets for the Notes consist of the Issuer's rights under a loan note (the "Loan Note") issued by AIX Secure SPV Ltd (the "Borrower"), which is constituted by a loan note instrument dated 30th January 2026 (the "Loan Note Instrument"). On 25 September 2026, a third-party creditor presented a petition to wind up the Borrower in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. At the hearing on 30 October 2026, the judge made an order winding up the Borrower and appointing official liquidators. The presentation of the petition and the subsequent winding-up of the Borrower are events of default under the Loan Note Instrument. As reported in the Issuer's earlier announcement on 30 October 2026, the Borrower had made all scheduled payments to the Issuer and all amounts then due on the Notes had been paid. The petition does not of itself constitute an Event of Default under the Notes. The Issuer is reviewing the implications of the winding-up for the Notes with its advisers.

2. Steps taken by the Issuer

The Issuer has notified Highvern Corporate Services UK Limited (the "Trustee") of these matters. Pursuant to Clause 7.1 of the Loan Note Instrument, and with the Trustee's knowledge, the Issuer has served a demand and acceleration notice on the Borrower's Directors which declares the whole of the principal amount of the Loan Note, all accrued and unpaid interest on the Loan Note and the Marketing Fee (together, the "Default Payment Amount") to be immediately due and payable, and demanded immediate payment of the Default Payment Amount. The Issuer is taking advice on participation in the Borrower's liquidation.

3. Further information

The Issuer will make further announcements as material developments occur, including in relation to the Borrower's liquidation. This announcement does not constitute a waiver of any rights of the Issuer or the Trustee and is given without prejudice to all such rights.
