The General Meeting of Shareholders of our Company held on 23 July 2026 resolved to distribute a dividend of

EUR 2.50 per share

for the 2025/2026 business year.

The dividend will be paid minus a capital gains tax of 27.5%, provided there is no exemption on the levying of capital gains tax, starting on 30 July 2026, by way of a credit note at the respective custodian bank.
