In the period from June 4, 2026 until and including June 7, 2026, a total of 237,040 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On June 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for June 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.
