In the period from April 7, 2026 until and including April 12, 2026, a total of 1,088,625 shares were acquired as part of the share buyback of Siemens Energy AG. On March 3, 2026 the start of the share buyback for March 4, 2026 was announced pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052.

The purchase of the shares of Siemens Energy AG is carried out by an institution commissioned by Siemens Energy AG. The shares are acquired exclusively on the electronic trading platform of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra) and the multilateral trading systems CBOE DXE, Aquis Exchange Europe and Turquoise Europe.
