The founding documents for the joint venture Servecloud Digital AG, with its registered office in Hergiswil, Switzerland and the registered share capital of 100.000 CHF, was signed on 15 December 2025 before the notary office Wild Dubach. The formal registration notice was received on 17 December 2025. Zeppelin Hotel Tech S.p.A. holds a controlling interest of 51%, while Servecloud AG holds the remaining 49% of the share capital. Servecloud Digital AG will focus on the provision of website development and web marketing campaign services for Servecloud AG, with the objective of enhancing digital services and ensuring optimal support for Servecloud AG's customer base.
