ISSUED BY CASTILLA FINANCE DAC (THE "ISSUER")

THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF NOTEHOLDERS. THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION THAT IS OF INTEREST TO THE REGISTERED AND BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF THE NOTES. IF APPLICABLE, ALL DEPOSITORIES, CUSTODIANS AND OTHER INTERMEDIARIES RECEIVING THIS NOTICE ARE REQUIRED TO EXPEDITE TRANSMISSION HEREOF TO BENEFICIAL OWNERS OF THE NOTES IN A TIMELY MANNER. We refer to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and adopt the definitions set out therein.

Update on the completion of audit of Issuer financial statements

By way of update on the matter disclosed in the notice to Noteholders dated 22 May 2024, the Issuer wishes to inform Noteholders that the accounting issue relating to its financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 has been resolved and that the Issuer has filed its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 with the Companies Registration Office in Ireland. Work to complete the audit of the Issuer's financial statements for the succeeding years will now commence.
